Now Hiring Guest Services Representative

The Saratoga Automobile Museum, is excited to announce an opening for a Guest Services Representative. This pivotal role will be key in enhancing the Museum experience for our diverse and valued visitors.

Position Overview

The Guest Services Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring every guest’s visit is memorable and engaging. Responsibilities include greeting visitors with a warm smile, managing ticket sales for general admission and special events, selling Museum sweepstakes tickets and memberships, checking in group visitors, handling cash transactions and reconciliation, and distributing information and promotional material to enrich the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is strongly desired.

  • Experience: At least two years of prior customer service experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Skills:

    • Proven cash handling and reconciliation skills.

    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a positive and professional manner.

    • Basic proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale computer systems.

  • Type: Full-time

  • Salary: $17.00 per hour

  • Weekly Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday

  • Location: On-site at the Saratoga Automobile Museum
